盤式(shi)(shi)曝(pu)氣器(qi)是目前(qian)(qian)城市污水處理廠(chang)(chang)主要(yao)采用(yong)的曝(pu)氣設備之(zhi)一.但(dan)目前(qian)(qian)盤式(shi)(shi)曝(pu)氣器(qi)存(cun)在充(chong)氧(yang)能力(li)(li)低(di)(di),阻力(li)(li)損失大,使用(yong)壽命短等技(ji)術問題(ti),增加了(le)城市污水處理廠(chang)(chang)運行(xing)成(cheng)本,降低(di)(di)了(le)運行(xing)效能.針對這些問題(ti),對盤式(shi)(shi)曝(pu)氣器(qi)進行(xing)了(le)結(jie)構優化(hua)設計.通過結(jie)構優化(hua),既改善了(le)曝(pu)氣器(qi)的抗撕裂性和自閉性,同時(shi)叉提高了(le)充(chong)氧(yang)能力(li)(li),降低(di)(di)了(le)曝(pu)氣阻力(li)(li)損失.

膜(mo)(mo)片式微(wei)孔曝(pu)(pu)氣器(qi)孔口是柔性(xing)孔,材料(liao)是EPDM橡膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片.柔性(xing)孔微(wei)孔曝(pu)(pu)氣器(qi)是具有可變孔口形狀和尺寸大小的(de)曝(pu)(pu)氣器(qi),它(ta)多采用橡膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片,膜(mo)(mo)片材質(zhi)多選用EPDM或硅橡膠(jiao),膜(mo)(mo)片上(shang)(shang)開有成(cheng)百(bai)上(shang)(shang)千個均勻(yun)的(de)微(wei)孔。

通(tong)氣(qi)時,壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)通(tong)過(guo)支撐(cheng)件上的(de)(de)通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)進入支撐(cheng)件與做孔(kong)(kong)(kong)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)之間,壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)會(hui)使(shi)微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)鼓起,膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)上的(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼張開,空(kong)氣(qi)經孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼后形成(cheng)氣(qi)泡(pao)進入污(wu)水中(zhong),達到曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)充氧的(de)(de)目的(de)(de);在(zai)停止(zhi)通(tong)氣(qi)后,膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)受到的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)消失,膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)會(hui)在(zai)外(wai)界水壓(ya)和(he)白身彈力(li)的(de)(de)作用下(xia)關閉微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)并緊壓(ya)在(zai)支撐(cheng)件上,阻止(zhi)膜(mo)外(wai)的(de)(de)污(wu)泥等異物流入支撐(cheng)件中(zhong)堵塞微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)通(tong)氣(qi)管道。另外(wai),由于微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)可以(yi)(yi)張開,足以(yi)(yi)使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)少量(liang)的(de)(de)塵埃(ai)通(tong)過(guo),不(bu)會(hui)選成(cheng)微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)堵塞,所以(yi)(yi)不(bu)必在(zai)空(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)縮(suo)機進氣(qi)口(kou)處設置(zhi)除(chu)塵裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。因此在(zai)微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong),普遍(bian)采用膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)式的(de)(de)曝(pu)(pu)氣(qi)散裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
